What type of products do you offer?

We specialize in custom memorial and funeral program designs, including two-sided cards and multi-page booklet layouts (up to 16 pages). Each design is personalized with your loved one’s photos, details, and chosen text.

Will I receive a physical product?

No — all items are digital designs only. You’ll receive a print-ready file (PDF or JPG) that you can print at home or through a professional print service of your choice.

How do I submit my loved one’s information?

After checkout, click the “Submit Content” link on your order confirmation page. This will take you to our Jotform submission form, where you can upload photos and provide the text or details needed for each page or panel of your selected design.

How long will it take to receive my finished design?

Design turnaround time is typically 1 business day after receiving your completed submission form. Larger booklets or complex layouts may take slightly longer. After submitting your content, you’ll receive a proof within 1 business day for review before the final file is delivered.

How do I print my file?

You can print your file:

• At home using your printer

• Through a local print shop or office supply store

• Or online via printing services (Vistaprint, Staples, FedEx Office, etc.)

All files are set up in high-resolution and print-ready formats.

Can you customize the colors, fonts, or layout?

Yes! Most designs can be customized to match your theme or preferred colors. Just mention your preferences in the submission form or message us after purchase.
